Have you heard of ZenniHomes? This innovative company has come up with a cutting edge solution to the affordable housing problem, and they are doing it right here in Arizona!
They have found a way to build homes that live larger than their square footage by leveraging robotics. These are already being built in their factory on the Navajo Reservation near Page, AZ. They have two floor plans, each of which can be installed as a single level home, or stacked up to five stories high.
And not only that, but they are good looking as well. They are currently wrapping up a round of funding which ends tomorrow, Friday May 3rd. I’m still learning about them so I’m not ready to jump in yet, but if you are curious you can learn more here.
