New Listings of Sedona Homes for Sale ranged from $349,000 to $569,000. Verde Valley Homes for Sale ranged from  $94,000 to $184,900.

New Escrows for Tuesday in Sedona and the Verde Valley ranged from $85,000 on up to $1,595,000!

Closed Sales ranged from $90,000 on up to $339,000. As is typical, the Sedona numbers are towards the upper end of the range.
