Wow, sorry to be so far behind in postings. The truth is that not only was it a busy week in Sedona real estate and Verde Valley real estate, there were some frustrating techno-challenges as well, which in retrospect are all probably related to my rash upgrade to IE9. I was able to save the data but not work with it properly...this posting is brought to you courtesy of FireFox browser-too bad I didn't think of this sooner!
Sedona Real Estate: Sedona Short Sale in beautiful Pine Valley just reduced! Now priced at $369,900 (that's $164.47 per sq2 ft!) for a southwest home with entry courtyard and great outdoor living spaces on almost 1/2 acre with red rock and mesa views.
Verde Valley Real Estate: Great new Cottonwood Ranch home for sale for $259,000 on a premium view lot. This is one of the nicest I've seen in awhile at Cottonwood Ranch. The Ironwood model is one of their most popular floor plans with good reason, and this one has been beautifully updated.
