About 2/3 of Tuesdays new listings for Sedona and the Verde Valley were residential and about 2/3 of those were Sedona Homes for Sale starting at a measly $150,000 for a cute little vacation cottage/rental in Oak Creek Canyon, to a Sedona Foreclosure Home on over 3/4 acre for $291,900, a delightfully remodeled home in Sedona's desirable Chapel area for $329,000, on up to $879,000 for a gorgeous contemporary Santa Fe style home with elegant appointments and wonderful outdoor living areas on .84 acre in the Village of Oak Creek. There were other worthy new listings as well.
Verde Valley Homes for Sale started at just $29,000 (older singlewide, cash only-but could make a good Cottonwod rental), on up to $205,000 for a nearly-new home Verde Santa Fe Home for Sale in the gated golf community of Amante in Cornville, AZ.
Sedona Vacant Land for sale included 2 adjacent 1/3 acre +/- red rock view lots backing National Forest land for $195,000 each. Verde Valley Vacant Land offered a nice level 1.66 acre parcel in Cottonwood for $78,000. This is a really nice piece of land, with all utilitiies available including City water & sewer, and distant red rock and mountain views.
