Not much activity of great significance to report for Sunday. Most of the "new" listings were ones that had recently been allowed to expire, and then re-listed as "new". When researching property ask your Sedona Verde Valley Realtor to give you a full history of the property, including the cumulative or combined days on market.

There is a new Verde Valley Vacant Land listing in the Thunder Ridge custom home development in Rimrock AZ, 3.7 acres bordering National Forest Service land for a mere $70,000. There is a 2-acre minimum in this subdivision, allowing for excellent privacy. This is a foreclosure property.

Sedona Vacant Land had a price reduction to just $79,000 on a nice .29 acre lot with Red Rock views in the Mission Hills subdivision in West Sedona. This makes it one of the best-priced lots in this part of Sedona.
