However 65 Expireds??? At first I thought the numbers could reflect perhaps an entire vacant lot subdivision. But no, in this case they were a variety of different Sedona and Verde Valley property types, areas and different listing agents. SO, in this case: 65 Expireds=Sellers who still haven't come to terms with what it takes to sell in today's real estate market.
