Sedona Real Estate Market Statistics for Wednesday 3-30-11

Sedona homes for sale made up half of the new residential listings, starting from a surprising low of $76,500 (and yes it's an older mobile home, bank-owned but will probably have to be a cash sale-but it comes with a .24 acre lot in West Sedona)! It will make a great starter home or rental. The high end is a gorgeous Village of Oak Creek home for sale in the Big Park neighborhood of Sunup Ranch for $799,900. It is a custom Santa Fe design on .87 acre with a resort-like walled garden, elegant finishes and expansive Red Rock views.

Verde Valley homes for sale ranged from a very low $43,860 for a newer manufactured Cornville home for sale (foreclosure) on up to $244,900 for a Clarkdale AZ foreclosure home for sale on a huge .80 acre lot and I think an excellent buy for a 2003 stucco home with tile roof.
