Well, it's just GREAT to be able to say that for Thursday Sedona Real Estate CLOSED SALES outnumbered New Listings; they outnumbered Back on Market Listings; they outnumbered Price Reductions (!!!), in fact they outnumbered everything!. Even better-two of them were my sales (yeah!) one a 'short' sale that took 4 long months, and a Sedona foreclosure townhome that was delayed in closing because (oops) a deed was never recorded when it foreclosed. With patience and cooperation, successful closings CAN and DO happen, even in the challenging distressed property market.*
