Sedona Real Estate Market Statistics for Tuesday 3-22-11:
Sedona had the lion's share of new listings yesterday, with 6 Sedona homes for sale including four in the low-mid $300,000's plus two luxury residences, one on 2 acres in the Village of Oak Creek - Big Park area for $869,900 and one in the exlcusive Las Lomas area in West Sedona for $1,299,000. Sedona Vacant Land inventories were enriched by 3 beautiful lots with exceptional Red Rock Views and one backing National Forest land, priced from $169,000 to $329,000.
Verde Valley Homes for Sale new on the market for the day included 3 new listings ranging from a $127,900 Verde Valley Foreclosure home on up to a Camp Verde Waterfront Ranch on 16 /12 acres for $1,595,000.

Listings back on market were mostly in the outlying comminities of the Verde Valley, with one luxury home and 2 lots in Sedona returning to active status. Price Reductions were about half Sedona properties and half Verde Valley properties. Of the 10 new escrows (contingents) there were 3 Sedona homes priced from $319,500 - $439,000 and 7 Verde Valley homes for sale from $44,900 to $199,000. Buyers are snapping up the very best bargains! Properties that went to pending sale status included 3 Verde Valley homes for sale from $68,900 to $349,900 and 2 Sedona homes for sale from $75,000 to $469,000. Closed sales included one vacant lot in Cottonwood AZ for $35,000, and 2 homes in Sedona in the mid to high $300,000's, 2 homes in the Verde Valley and 2 in Prescott Valley.
