Sedona Real Estate Market Statistics for Monday, 3-21-11 - New Home Inventory & Price Reductions Still on the Rise
Sedona Real Estate Market Statistics for Monday 3-21-11
Monday Sedona Verde Valley MLS postings are typically much higher than weekend postings...simply because Realtors tend to post less on the weekends (and title companies & county recorders are closed), not necessarily DO less - in fact, weekends in real estate can sometimes be busier than weekdays.
A little over half of the New Listings are Verde Valley properties for sale, but Sedona homes and Sedona vacant land were well-represented as well, including some amazing Red Rock view properties. 11 were residential listings, 3 vacant lots, 1 business opportunity, and 1 commercial property.
The price reductions were about half Sedona homes for sale and half Verde Valley homes and land. Contingents and Pendings were all single family homes, one duplex and were pretty evenly distributed around the area.
Yesterday's closed sales were mainly Sedona homes for sale, but Sedona vacant land sales are also picking up. Buyers - Sedona lots are still a bargain, so if you're in the market, better get serious before all the great buys are gone!
