Most of the posting activity for this blustery March day was in the immediate Sedona area with an intriguing new listing in the upscale Chapel Area: a large Red Rock view lot with a guest house and 4 car garages, ready to add your dream home. For the right person, this could be a perfect fit particularly if they aren't able to move to Sedona full time as yet.
There was a price reduction on a Sedona home for sale in the Village of Oak Creek area. It needs updating but is on a HUGE lot with dramatic Red Rock views and I think is quite the buy now at $299,000!
Fully half of the price reductions were for Sedona Vacant land (3 Red Rock view lots) and one 16+ acre parcel in the Verde Valley community of Rimrock AZ for just $149,000 (it's currently zoned for residential development of 60 lots, and is a short sale, with lender approval required).
