Sedona real estate market statistics showed a little more balance today, Wednesday March 16, 2011. New listings were down a little at 11 new Sedona homes for sale and Verde Valley homes for sale. Price reductions were down a little but still outnumbered new listings at 15. 8 Sedona-Verde Valley properties went under contract, 1 went to pending and 9 Sedona Verde Valley homes sold.
