I'm excited to announce I now utilize the newest state-of-the-art property research tool in the nation: REALTORS Property Resource, a game-changing technology that brings the very best sources of property information together in one place.
As a pro-active real estate agent, I'm always looking for new ways to bring my clients value. Today I'm proud and excited to announce that starting October 5, 2010 I now have access to REALTORS® Property ResourceTM (RPR). The initial rollout began on August 19, 2010, and will run through the end of the year for those Multiple Listing Services who stepped up to the plate and signed agreements to participate. The Sedona-Verde Valley board is a very forward-thinking group, and as such is among the first in the nation to go live with this exciting new technology, effective today. I'm proud to be a member of the Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® and a member of our board's MLS Committee since 2006.
If you haven't already heard, RPR is the National Association of REALTORS® exclusive online real estate library. With this new resource I will have unparalleled access to data that will give my clients a competitive edge. At its base are over 147 million property records, built from public record and assessment information. Then layers of data have been added such as zoning, permits, and mortgage and lien data. And most importantly we have enhanced the datasets by integrating Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® data to create the most robust catalog of properties ever assembled. This tool is especially valuable in helping clients in evaluating the many distressed property options available to buyers in our current market, such as foreclosures and short sales.
There are two key differences between RPR and national real estate websites you or your agent may have used in the past. First, RPR is available exclusively to real estate practitioners who are REALTORS®. Second, it offers an unprecedented aggregation of valuable information sources into one database, with reports and analytical tools that help me turn a mountain of data into genuine market insight for you, so you can make your best buying and selling decisions. That's why I'm using RPR to bring value to my clients, and am already taking additional training in this cutting edge tool.
