Emerging Artists Create Fresh Music and New Traditions at First “Sedona Jam” Mini-Fest

Be a part of something new as emerging musicians find their voice in Sedona’s red rock country. A town with a long history of pioneering spirit and rugged individualism, Sedona is the perfect setting for the First Annual Sedona Jam, a boutique-sized mini music festival designed to showcase new talent and indie performers, honoring the "renegade, the truthteller, and the iconoclast in all of us". Produced by Four Winds Adventures, the Jam is set to coincide with their Sedona Marathon, now in its second year, promising a weekend that will nurture both body and soul. Up to 24 artists representing a wide variety of musical styles and playing instruments from guitars to the cello to didgeridoos will perform in small intimate venues and during the Marathon activities, providing listeners with unique opportunities to see tomorrow’s musical legends as they share some of the newest innovations on the music scene today. The two primary evening venues are Bistro Bella Terra and Amara Resort in Uptown Sedona. On race day enjoy free performances at Sedona Red Rock High School in West Sedona, the starting location for the Marathon. For times and information about one or two-day passes and individual tickets visit the official website at SedonaJam.com.
