Marketing your Sedona Real Estate to the WORLD

In our Global Economy it is vital to incorporate International Marketing into our strategy, especially in Sedona and the Verde Valley where a high percentage of properties are owned as second homes, vacation homes and investment properties by absentee owners. Ask them WHERE on the web your property will appear. Is it just on their personal website? How do they cross-promote that site and is it optimized to rank well in the search engines? Does your property also appear on a Company website such as www.Remax-Sedona-Arizona.com or Corporate site with international exposure? www.Remax.com is the most-visted of all real estate corporate sites and is second in traffic only to Realtor.com ? Is it on Realtor.com?
