In the Sedona-Verde Valley area there is no comprehensive central source for rental information, so you will want to check directly with each property manager. The local newspapers and their online sites and Craigslist are also good resources for finding rentals (see links to left).
Please make sure to ask for references and to evaluate your choices for best results. While we never knowingly recommend any services we have found less than satisfactory, there is no substitute for your own research and due diligence in hiring any business, individual or service provider. Important: Arizona State Law requires that all residential properties being used as rentals be registered with the county in which they are located. Most properties in the Verde Valley are located in Yavapai County with the exception of some Sedona areas which are located in Coconino County.
