Canyon Mesa Market Update
As of 6-24-2009 at Canyon Mesa, the number of active listings is down by 25% over my previous report, the numbered of cancelled listings is up, and closed sales have remained steady. The median Sold price is up by about 3%, while the median Active price is up by 14%.

As of 5-2-2009 at Canyon Mesa, the number of active listings is slightly down by 14% over my previous report, but closed sales are up by 60%, and there is one currently under contract. The median Sold price is down by about 10%, while the median Active price is up by 3%.
