Probably like many of you, I subscribe to various services which update me on technology news or send helpful user tips (so I hopefully will not be so out-of-date I can't function) - and then I never get around to reading them.
This morning, however I was on hold waiting to talk to a bank's loss mitigation department (in other words, for a long time ;^) when this one from PC Magazine came in, and so I read it, and thought it so useful I'm passing it on: "Eight Tips for Super Searching".
I especially like the 'search operators' to pinpoint information, and I've been meaning to check out Google Alerts for ages - I'm off to do that now!
